Produced under the direction of Dr. John Taylor and featuring 100% Spanish spoken in a soft, loving tone by a fluent Spanish-speaking mom, this edition provides the same sequence of relaxation images and features the same choices of background music as its English language counterpart. It features identical narration on two tracks, with two choices of background music. The script for the narration was developed by Dr. Taylor and features progressive relaxation starting with feet and moving all the way to the top of the head.
