Description
Trouble getting to sleep is often a reflection of the sensory processing impairments that occur as a major component of the symptom clusters of ADHD and autism. This unique audio CD is intended to provide pre-sleep relaxation for bedtime and naptime for children from age 5 through 9, whether or not ADHD or autism is involved. It features identical narration on two tracks, with two choices of background music. The script for the narration was developed by Dr. John Taylor and features progressive relaxation starting with feet and moving all the way to the top of the head. The narration is performed in a loving soft tone of voice by the mother of three children who have hyperactivity.
